Report A15H0001 Safety Issue Investigation (SII) 2019
Safety Issue Investigation (SII) 2019
" In this model, the air-taxi sector (or an individual operator) is represented by the operating point (the blue circle), and its position is determined by how hazards and risks are managed. As a result, the operating point is constantly moving. If it crosses any of the boundaries of the safe operating envelope, the system breaks down. The boundaries are
economic factors (the financial costs become unsustainable),
workload factors (there is not enough time or resources available), and
safety factors (there may be harm to workers, passengers, or the public).
Marginal boundary depicts the depth of the safety margin: the fewer or weaker the defenses in place, the thinner the safety margin. As the operating point crosses over the marginal boundary, the safety of the operation diminishes until the operating point crosses the safety boundary, where a failure (an accident or incident) occurs. About Us
Missionair has provided aviation services since 1996 with hangar / aircraft leasing, maintenance, flight simulator and aviation management.
Pilots and Pilot Training are both in short supply in 2022, 2023 and beyond. Missionair provides an opportunity to invest in your air crew proficiency.
What we do in our spare time
Missionair provides professional, custom flight training to middle school FLIGHT CLUB students interested in finding their flight envelope dream of going for a first license or pursuing other aviation training and employment.
How we work
Missionair is not a traditional flight school; technically we are an aviation training lab.
An aviation training lab ! Missionair instructs in an aircraft simulator.

What to expect
SIMULATOR PROGRAMS
Tell us what you need; we'll tailor-make a program to meet your needs, schedule, and timelines.
PRE-FLIGHT GROUND BRIEFINGS
While not as exciting as flying, pre-flight briefings are critical to your success as a pilot. We'll take time to go through procedures, maneuvers, and key factors in detail so you know exactly what to expect and what's expected of you.
FLIGHTS
We strive to create a relaxed, stress-free environment for you to learn. Flights generally last between 1 and 1.5 hours with routes specific to the objectives.
POST-FLIGHT BRIEFINGS
Just as pre-flight briefings are essential to the success of a flight, post-flight briefings are critical to retaining the information and improving. We'll provide you with a report analyzing your performance, identifying what went well and where you need to focus.
